Whether your motivation for physical activity is health, strength, enjoyment, daily function, injury recovery or weight loss, I’ve got you covered. I create a customized, progressive fitness program based on your goals. Afterwards, I assess your form, provide correction as needed and conduct regular progress reviews with you. Also receive access to our private Whatsapp group where the TMF community shares pictures, motivation, support, recipes, tips and more! In person, mobile and virtual sessions available.
Performance Coach.
I provide performance coaching focused on speed, power, stamina and agility for athletes, marathon training and fitness challenges. This option is best for those who already have a strong fitness foundation and are looking to push themselves, fine tune movements and increase performance.
Group Fitness.
Whether indoor, outdoor or virtual, I create fun and energetic classes to get you moving all year round. Our most popular high tempo, high energy cardio class combines a fusion of soca, afrobeats and pop music. Other classes include HIIT, bootcamp, tabata, circuits, resistance and kickboxing. Workout with friends or strangers, the choice is yours. I also share free challenges on social media @360tmf that you can do from anywhere. Tag me in your stories!
Corporate Wellness.
I work with employers, managers and administrators to create corporate wellness and school programs. I also create fitness “power hours”, “last man standing” and team challenges. Available both in person and virtual.
Public Speaker.
I help people find their unique gifts, talents and purpose in life. I speak on a variety of topics including mindset, motivation, wellness, community, youth development and entrepreneurship. Whether conferences, radio, podcast, television or social media, reach out if you think we should work together.
Nutrition Coach.
I create easy to follow meal guides to get your nutrition journey started. Guides can be catered towards dietary restrictions and eating preferences. Especially helpful for those looking to lose weight. Can be used alone or in conjunction with a fitness plan.
